Using the household table on the Home page

The Home page is where all of your households are organized in a table. At a glance, the screens below show you what options and features are available.

Table organization

Details of each household are organized as full name, spendable (per month), money found (per month) and status:

Full name - The first and last name of the primary household member, as well as the email address. Full name sorts by the first name, then the last name, then the email address based on availability.

Note: First and last name are not required fields when creating a household. Email address is the minimum requirement for creating a household.

Spendable - Monthly spendable recommended to a household by Winton based on their financial information in their Winton account. A household status other than Accepted or Active will give a spendable of Unknown.

Money found - Monthly money found recommended to a household by Winton based on their financial information in their Winton account. A household status other than Accepted or Active will give a money found of Unknown.

Note: Toggling a strategy's advice on will not update a household's money found or spendable in the household table. Money found and spendable always comes from their Winton account's recommendation based on the financial information entered in their Winton account.

Status - Your relationship to the household:

Not sent - You have created a new household in CacheFlo Advise, but you have not sent an engage email. A household must receive an engage email to share their financials with you. To invite them to Winton, click on the household and go to the Engage page. Learn more about inviting a client to Winton.

Pending - You have sent your first engage email to the household; however, they have not accepted or denied you access to their financials yet.

Note: If your client is new to Winton, once they create their account, you will automatically be the Active advisor.

Denied - You are denied access to the household's financials. If this is a mistake, resend an engage email.

Accepted - You have access to view the household's financials; however, you CANNOT advise a spendable to their Winton account due to another advisor being the Active advisor.

Active - You have access to view the household's financials, and you can advise a spendable to their Winton account. Learn more about toggling advice.
